International Orders

If you are outside the US and have not received your order in more than a month's time, please contact your local customs and/or postal office with your Customs Number to verify that it is not being held in their posession.

Sometimes a package will be held at customs for a length of time and you may need to contact them. Once a First Class International package leaves the US, tracking stops on it and it is up to customs and the post office to get it to you.
