This is a high quality embroidered patch of the Phyrexius Dagger design from the Fragmented Souls series. This patch is approximately 4" tall by 1.43" wide and has a heat transfer backing.
In the eons that passed since the end of days, the restless few that remained ventured their stricken world in search of meaning. Many did not survive over the centuries, but a select few found a resurgence in spirit, an evolution in the nature of their existence. They awoke to a new sense of purpose, prepared for the savage onslaught of their rivals as they continue their pursuit into the unknown. As their black sun refuses to wane on the desolate wasteland they traverse, they fortify for the years to come.
Their fragmented souls carry on.
Iron-on instructions
My patches have a commercial grade heat transfer backing, so they need more heat time than a normal patch when applying. They will outlast most other patches when applied properly.
Be sure to use a low setting on your iron. First, heat the garment for a good 30-45 seconds on low to warm it up. Then, put the patch on the warm area of the garment and place a sheet of wax paper over it to protect the fibers of the patch. Use the iron to apply the patch and hold it for about 30-45 seconds and it should stick on really well without a problem.
A heat gun will also work really well to quickly apply patches, but you'll need to be careful so you don't burn your garment or the patch. We use a SEEKONE Heat Gun set to 500º and keep it pulled away from the items for indirect heat, which works really well. Be sure to start with a lower temp and work your way up to avoid damaging your garment.
Other options are a heat press if you have access to one (your local screen print shop might have one) or, oddly enough, a hair straightener actually works even better than an iron because it heats the garment from both sides at once.
Finally, sewing is always an option if you're hardcore or old school.
