General Shipping Information

Seventh.Ink supports the United States Postal Service by using their services exclusively for shipping all orders. Items ship as promptly as possible, most often in less than one business day. Seventh.Ink is not responsible for items lost in the mail once they have been shipped, but I will work with you and do my best to help find your package if it is lost or delayed.

International Shipping

Seventh.Ink does ship worldwide and I'm constantly adding countries to the list. If you don't see your country in the list when you're checking out, contact me and I'll look into adding it. Please be aware that the only way to track international shipments is to pay for Priority International Shipping. I will not be held responsible for orders that are lost in the mail, so if you place a large order you will want to consider paying extra for Priority so it can be tracked. I am a single person selling shirts and art, not a large company that can or will refund money for lost shipments.

If you are in the UK your order may be subject to VAT, or Value Added Tax. At this time I do not have the ability to charge VAT in advance, so please be aware that your order may incur some additional taxation from customs.

Similarly, international orders in countries outside of the UK may be subject to taxation laws like VAT. Please be aware of these laws when placing your order.

Note: If you are an international customer and your order has not come through after an extended period of time, please check with your local customs office. Most often, your package will be there waiting to be picked up.

2018 International Shipping Rates Increase: Unfortunately, as of January 21, 2018, USPS has placed restrictions on First Class flats and envelope rates which prohibits the shipment of merchandise through these methods. This means that all international orders must now be shipped as if they are packages, regardless of the size. This is an unfortunate blow to international customers who are only after small items like patches and stickers. I apologize for this inconvenience, but it is out of my control. Hopefully this is something that will change back in the future, however only time will tell.

Orders/Inventory

I do my best to keep the Seventh.Ink inventory up to date, but from time to time I do run out of certain products. It is very rare, but if you somehow order a product that is out of stock I will notify you.

Return/Exchange Policy

Unworn/unwashed shirts can be returned for a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping back to Seventh.Ink. Once the shirt is received and assessed as being in good condition I will invoke a refund minus the fee. The refund will not cover any shipping costs involved with the transaction. Equal exchanges have no fee, but must include return postage from Seventh.Ink to you. We will handle this transaction before any return is processed.

Clothing Return/Exchange Instructions:

Please contact Seventh.Ink if you want to return or exchange your order. I will only accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of reciept, and only if you email me first to get approval. Returns/exchanges must be in perfect condition and have the original tags in place, otherwise they will not be accepted.

If your shirt has a manufacturing error you will be refunded an amount to cover the cost of USPS First Class shipping back to Seventh.Ink.

Art, Accessory, or Print Return Information:

At this time I will not accept returns on accessories, prints, original art, or anything that falls into that category (including box sets). These items are shipped out in pristine condition, returning them will likely put some wear and tear on the items. I ship art and prints out as new, not used, so this is the rule when it comes to this type of product.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped (you will be notified via email when your order has shipped), you can let me know by using the contact form and I will refund your payment and cancel your order.
