General Shipping Information

Seventh.Ink supports the United States Postal Service by using their services exclusively for shipping all orders. Items ship as promptly as possible, most often in less than one business day. Seventh.Ink is not responsible for items lost in the mail once they have been shipped, but I will work with you and do my best to help find your package if it is lost or delayed.

International Shipping

Due to current EU taxation regulations I can no longer ship to EU countries through this website. However, my Etsy shop does accept EU orders because Etsy has a process in place that allows me to collect VAT for EU countries. Many items are available in my Etsy shop but so check that out if you're in the EU.

Please be aware that the only way to track international shipments is to pay for Priority International Shipping. I will not be held responsible for orders that are lost in the mail, so if you place a large order you will want to consider paying extra for Priority so it can be tracked. I am a single person selling shirts and art, not a large company that can or will refund money for lost shipments.

International orders may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at customs. At this time I do not have the ability to charge VAT in advance, so please be aware that your order may incur some additional taxation from customs. It helps to know your country's rules on imported products.

If you are an international customer and your order has not come through after an extended period of time, please call your local post office (not the 800 number). Most often, your package will be waiting in customs with an action item for you to take care of before it can be received. If a package sits with customs for too long they will ship it back to me at your expense, so please be looking for those notifications from customs.

Potentially Lost Items

I have been shipping with USPS for many years now, and I find that it's rare that an item goes completely missing. If your item has not arrived but the tracking says that it has, please call your local post office (not the 800 number) and inquire about it with them. Sometimes the item is still with the carrier, or sometimes it's still at the post office even though it says it's been delivered. I don't know why this happens, but it is up to the customer to take the intiative to try and locate the package with their post office as this solves 99% of the missing package issues. I cannot take responsibility for lost items. Once the package leaves my hands the rest is up to USPS.

If you realize your item may actually be lost in the system, please contact me and we can discuss the next steps. I will do my best to help locate the package, but when it comes to finding mail it is really a matter of whether or not USPS can actually find it or not. This is the general risk of shipping items, but again the number of items that have actually been fully lost over the years is very, very low.

Orders/Inventory

I do my best to keep the Seventh.Ink inventory up to date, but from time to time I do run out of certain products. It is very rare, but if you somehow order a product that is out of stock I will notify you.

Return/Exchange Policy

Unworn/unwashed clothing items that are eligible can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Clothing items that are not eligible have a statement saying so on the product page. 

In this process, a return label will be supplied for the customer to send the item back to Seventh.Ink. Once the item is received and assessed to be in good condition we will process the return or exchange. Please note that the original shipping and handling costs associated with an order are not eligible for refund in either scenario.

Clothing Return/Exchange Instructions:

Please use the contact form if you want to return or exchange your order. I will only accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of reciept, and only if you email me first to get approval. Returns/exchanges must be in perfect condition and have the original tags in place, otherwise they will not be accepted.

If your item has a manufacturing error I will cover the cost of shipping and replacement. I'm not Amazon, but I do my best to make sure that all of my customers are satisfied. :)

Art, Accessory, or Print Return Information:

At this time I will not accept returns on accessories (pins, buttons, patches, etc.), prints, original art, or anything that falls into that category (including box sets). These items are shipped out in pristine condition, returning them will likely put some wear and tear on the items. I ship these items and prints out as new, not used, so this is the rule when it comes to this type of product. The only items I accept returns on are clothing items as long as they meet the criteria listed in the Return section above.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped (you will be notified via email when your order has shipped), you can let me know by using the contact form and I will refund your payment and cancel your order.
